Windows 7使用者profile檔位置?

一般使用者登入AD後，不是應該會在c:\user 下產生該帳號的profile檔。
但今天發現有一個user，登入AD後，在c:\user 未發現該使用者的profile檔。
但她桌面顯示位置是在 C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile 下.....

這是甚麼原因??是正常還是異常??
